Dr.
Babu Zachariah, M.D.
is a Radiation Oncologist
at James A Haley VA Hospital and Associate
professor at the University of South Florida,
College of Medicine, USA. He is also a senior
physician at H Lee Moffitt Cancer [a prestigious
institution which has National cancer center
recognition]. He is also called 'RAJAN BABU'
by members of his family and close relatives.
He took his MBBS degree from Govt. Medical
College, Kottayam, Kerala, India. |

He has done his post graduation at
Loyola university medical center at
Chicago and Hines va medical Center.
After completing his residency, he
did a fellowship at H Lee Moffitt
Medical center at Tampa. He joined
as an assistant professor and became
an associate professor. He has presented
many abstracts in various national
and international meetings and published
many papers in prestigious journals.
At present, he is leading a study
Research at National level [he is
the Principal investigator for Radiation
therapy Oncology Group]. He is a member
of many social, cultural and charitable
organizations. Besides being an active
participant in church activities,
he is the vice president of Mar Gregorios
Syrian Orthodox Church of Tampa, Florida. |

Yesudas” among his friends. |

His wife Dr ( Mrs
) Sally Babu Zachariah M. D. –
is the Chief of Neurology Service of Bay
Pines VA medical Center and chief of Stroke
division at Bay Pines, St Petersburg, Florida.
She is an Associate Professor Of Neurology,
at the University of South Florida. |

| They
are blessed with three sons Anish, Aveen
and Ashvin. They reside at Tampa, Florida,
USA – a sweet home facing the bay.
